It was a busy harvest this year. Our new destemmer made fast work of the 14 tons of grapes we harvested!
The wine has gone through all the fermentations and is now resting in barrels. There are 35 barrels for the 2014 vintage.
We had a recent frost which assures that the vines have gone dormant. The new growing season will begin with pruning which will start towards the end of January. Here is a photo of the vineyard from late fall.
